3 apparent military craft hovering at times and circling.
After watching them a green light that looked like a flare fell from sky.
The crafts left and roughly 10 minutes later, 3 more crafts appeared in the same spots in the sky.
I watched for an hour or so and saw no more green lights. I have blurry video of crafts but unfortunately did not capture the “flare"
