Was looking out back door from deck after approx 15 min saw a smooth tear drop/triangular craft traveling north west directly over head at about 5000ft then stopping/ slowing at 70 degrees moving north hovering for less then 30 seconds a dull but luminescent aluminum color with a large red light in center under craft blinking at one second intervals slowly and 3 distinct and separate rows of a green light in a frame steady glow until it turned slowly toward North east 3 green glows from back of craft intensified start to move and then darted north east and lost visual contact.
