Saw a stationary silvery Cigar shaped UFO in a perfectly clear blue sky for 8 seconds then just disappeared
As I was driving East sky was perfectly clear blue I looked up and saw one silvery cigar shaped object. It was not moving. And then it was gone…
I saw another UFO very similar in Spring 2012. The conditions were the same-clear bright blue sky and location was about 20 miles away from this one.
I had another person with me at that time of 2012 who was an attorney and is now deceased. I am a retired Nurse.
