9 red dots hovering low in the sky moving very slowly to the west.
My fiancé told me to look out our bedroom window because he could see little red lights in the sky hovering really low and it didn't look like an airplane.
I looked and noticed there was 5 red dots and then it looked like the dots dimmed and then became bright again and 4 more dots appeared flying in no particular pattern but moving west towards the mountains very slowly and then they just disappeared. They also made no noise at all.
I was able to get a video and take a picture.
