Strong green colored light dropping and rising rapidly in western sky over Boise.
I was passenger in a car traveling south. To the west I saw a very strong green colored steady light that rapidly dropped then rose several times.
It alternated between green and white now and then, not in a distinct time pattern.
I could see it for at least a minute, then trees and buildings obstructed my view.
There was only 1. It was lower than the clouds. It also moved side to side a bit, but the up and down was most unusual looking.
