2014-02-24 - In flight, TX - Oval

Southern US Texas? oval 20 seconds? white encompassing light.

UFO SIGHTING MONDAY FEBRUARY 24, 2014, Sunwing Flight WG 00521 Toronto Pearson (YYZ) 24-feb-14 02:55 to Puerto Vallarta (PVR) arrive 07:25 On Monday, February 24, 2014, on our flight to Puerto Vallarta, I saw a UFO out the window of Sunwing flight W521. It was 5:40 Toronto time, although I later wondered if it was 4:40.

I did record this immediately, although I have edited it for better clarification from my original. We were about 35,000’, and above the clouds. I was on the right side of the plane looking west, possibly towards Texas or just north? I obviously thought that I saw a plane, or an object similar, as my first thought was one of alarm, why was a plane flying so close to us? There is no doubt as to what I saw. It was not a reflection from the window of our plane’s lights, markings etc. I took a video out of the window at the end.

The sighting may have lasted around 20 seconds. I took many still photos just after the sighting of both outside, and the window. The UFO was relative to the clouds we were flying above, which is how I best guessed the distance of being approximately 10 miles away parallel, or just ahead of the nose of the plane. But then it started to fly away, and I was relieved - it instantaneously soared away. It was incredible! It became a bright oval ball (light) that was actually larger than a plane, as if encompassing a plane, or a craft. It became close to being a triangle a bit as it flew away, not too much though. As if its speed stretched the light around it. I felt better as it started to fly away. It was flying sideways to us, and back a bit. Anyway, it suddenly veered back towards our plane, and once again I became concered. Then halfway back it stopped in midair! Just like that. It then went away from the plane again, zig-zagging twice sharply as it did so, and again just stopped in mid-air.

By the time I got my cell and iPad out of my bag, it was leaving from view, back and behind from my seat – from our wing. I just jammed the iPad against the window and got this brief video.

As I was not looking through my jammed iPad perhaps what I videoed was a light reflection, though I don’t know how that would be possible as it was pressed firmly against the window. Speculation? I am obviously open too what I saw – military, unknown? Whatever it was I know what I saw.

PS As soon as it happened I took photos from my cell of my iPad photos so I would have them in 2 locations 
