Three objects over the water with flashing lights
Objects coming down vertically around the water of Stoney Creek near power plant.
A couple minutes later took off again vertically and once into high altitude then started flying straight forward towards Annapolis.
Lights in different colors blinking at the same time almost like in a pattern once they went down almost touching the water they stayed on.
There was no sound.
