Saucer-like craft with a strip of red light moving back and forth, hovering above a gas well site.
The craft was hovering above what I later learned was a gas well site, just off of FM 343 between CR 829 and Loco Bayou, Nacogdoches County. There was a strip of red light that kept moving back and forth. That was the only light source I could see.
My husband was driving our car and I kept my eyes on the craft, to my right, as we rounded a corner and drove away from the site. He said it was probably a tower of some sort.
I finally went to the owner's house yesterday (03/10/14), located near the site, to see if they'd had a tower erected at that time. She said they were out of town on that date and did not have any tower there.
There are cattle around the site.
