While driving 18 wheeler saw a bright light that moved "smoothly" through the air. No red/green marking lights. Observed object for 35-45 minutes changing directions/distances/speed. No noise from props or jet thrust (close enough to hear those signatures. No matter what direction the object moved the light was surrounded. As daylight broke the object moved either away or out of the atmosphere. It was the only lightlight visible after daylight broke. No other stars or illuminated objects could be seen in the sky.
