Noticed two bright whitish amber lights above the magnolia neighborhood of Seattle, one light got dimm and suddenly a third light appeared at an equal brightness of the dim light.
The lights did not move and were to high in the sky to be any buildings and were to bright to be any stars and being a resident looking at this same view every day and night I have never seen anything like this before.
