strobing orange circular lights in a line two sets of three lights over the ocean
When we initially saw them it looked like a single orange light moving upward to meet a group of orange lights, after the initial confusion there were two sets of three orange light suspended in formation strobing from one end of each set of three to the other for two cycles then they were gone.
