WHITE PLANE AT STANDSTILL HOVERS OVER 108ST. 67 AVE FOREST HILLS

Driving towards 108 st 67th avenue, as passenger I saw a white plane shaped at complete "stand still" hovering over area. No airline logo at all. Saw exact same in summer 2013
