I was standing on my balcony smoking a cigarette and all of a sudden I saw a white object come out of the clouds. It glided from the distance right over my house.
At that time, I literally pulled my friend from inside the house onto the balcony just as it passed overhead. He saw it and his first response was its gotta be a kite. However it could not have been a kite because a kite would stay in one area and not fly over head.
I had a very good look at it and I can absolutely say that it was a white object it almost looked like the same color as the clouds but there was a little glow to it and my friend said he noticed an orange light. It flew over with no sound and it was gliding gently.
Whatever it was I know for a fact it was not a plane (cause of the shape) or like anything I have ever witnessed.. I really want to know who else in Brooklyn saw it because it flew over bay ridge heading towards Manhattan and other people had to of seen it
