Two orange fireball shaped craft observed by Military Retiree and son over 17 minutes.
Two bright orange fireball shaped objects moving slowly south to north. Just after midnight moving slower than a plane and no plane lights visible. Not moving in the direction of the wind. No rotor sounds, basically quiet. Observed by myself a 56 year old male with 20 years military service, ten of which was in Army aviation units and my 19 year old son. It was low and close enough that if it was a rotor wing craft we would have heard the rotors. Not balloons because they moved against the wind. Not fixed wing because no running lights and moved top slow.
