orange lights seen at DC
I was smoking a cigarette, when I looked out of the balcony, which faces to the southwest. I observed 10 lights in staggered formation cross southwest to east, finally blinking out in 15 second intervals after crossing the night sky.
3 more lights after the initial 10 were seen, travelled west to east, and blinked out several seconds after being observed.
