stationary amber/orange colored lights over Anchorage
At 10:11 pm Monday, 12/23, I was getting into my car and looking to the south saw what looked like a cluster of 5-7 amber/orange colored lights, with one situated a little away and to the left of the main cluster. They were about 45 degrees to the horizon. They appeared stationary as I drove west and then south. Thought they might have been an aircraft(s), but no nav lights or strobes detected. Anyone else see them? I’m a skeptic, but I can’t come up with any plausible explanation.
