Pulling into Kroger parking lot on Bristol road sky lit up blue and red, nothing like I've ever seen before, we exited truck to see it again, on this day power was out all over the city due to ice, after second flash which lit up sky 360 degrees for as far as I could see, the sky starting becoming very red and lighter, yet very minimal lights were on in the city, very unexplainable, weather was stable at this time, no wind or snow or rain, no sounds we're heard either
