Round white light with odd circular travel pattern in eastern sky near Canadian/US border.
1:45 am. Looking directly east from the Blue Water Bridge, Round white light with blue tint circling in the sky. Almost thought it was one of those spot lights.
Not a spot light. There was no source for the light. It was only able to see the light when it went behind the cloud cover.
It had a random circular pattern, Lasted for about 30 minutes. It reappeared at 3:43 am. It is still only visible when it goes behind the clouds. No sound so it is not a drone watching the border.
There were a small amount of clouds in the sky. Stars were still able to be seen.
