Bright white stationary light over Pendleton, IN.
Starting at 5:30pm on November 28, 2013, I witnessed a stationary white light high in the sky. It was located South West of State road 13 and I-69 in Pendleton, Indiana. Object was brighter than surrounding stars. Object was still visible at the time of this report.
