Brilliant blue flattened oval, small, about tree-top level
I was traveling westbound on Rt 40 near Mechanics Valley Rd. I saw an extremely blue, small flattened oval traveling very solidly from left to right. It was very low to where I was and seemed to move purposefully.
I was driving so had to watch traffic and when I glanced back up, it had already passed by.
