Eight to ten stationary orange lights over West Des Moines, IA
Eight to ten orange lights seen over West Des Moines near the I-35 I-235 interchange, seemed to be 100 to 200 ft. high. They seemed to be stationary though it was difficult to tell for sure. Not consistent with any aircraft I have ever seen My wife and I were driving on I-235 westbound and by the time we exited the interstate to stop and see them better the lights were gone (30 seconds).
