Black disk over Shoto.
We were driving near Shoto Corp and we had seen a really bright white light in the sky that was actually quite big, it was very cloudy at that time also.
The light dissipated and when I looked I seen a black circular disk in the sky where the bright light was seen.
The object hovered there for a Min and started to move downward and than disappeared.
We drove around the area and no planes or anything was in the vicinity.
