Crazy lights.
saw strange flashing light coming from same place in same direction.. never seen anything like it before can't explain it with any knowledge i've obtained and i am highly educated... the lights seemed to head west to east from a location behind a cloud and shot quickly in said direction at various elevations. witnesed on highway rte.3N from exit 13-14 and once off exit.
