One brightly blinking light over Berkeley, CA
One bright blinking light over what appears to be Berkeley, CA (northeast of West Oakland, CA). Plane flew close below it, appears to be in our atmosphere. Blinks different bright colors, looks like pieces of bright neon glitter moving in brownian motion when viewed through binoculars, also shifted to cross at some points.
One craft, three witnesses (students), all used binoculars to confirm our uncertainty. Maybe a closer view from Lawrence Labs if someone has access to that location. Unfortunately, my camera cannot register the phenomena.
