Changing shape, well lit type of slow moving aircraft.
Started flat and oval with white lights and one blinking red light at the top that only flashed about every other min then as we approached closer in vehicle it changed shape to a circular shape. White lights constantly seemed to rotate. Did not fly fast only slowly moved lightly to the right. Got smaller as we attempted to get closer.
