Extremely bright ball/circle of yellow-white light surrounded by a red outline streaked across evening sky
Looked out the window of the 3rd floor facing North and saw an extremely bright ball/circle of yellow-white light surrounded by a bright red outline. It streaked across sky and appeared to be moving downward towards earth. It was a very fast, bright circle of light with vivid red outline. There was no trail or jet stream behind the object.
