2 circle lights moving erratically over Kenner, La
My boyfriend and I saw 2 lights in an erratic circular motion for about 10 minutes. There was no beams attached to it, as to show that it came from a source on the ground. The lights were also a circular shape. There was no sound at all. The color appeared to be a white or very light blue.
