Red and green light over north east Baltimore
Noticed a small very red and green light rise above neighbor’s house to the southeast. Moved almost straight up. Moved in less than five seconds from roughly 20 to 45 degrees above where horizon would be if not interrupted by structures. Stopped hovered and moved up and down about 10 degrees of elevation several times. Disappeared below house and trees. Went outside to see better. It repeated same maneuvers before dropping out of sight. It seemed less than a mile away but I saw no structure associated with light. No sound. Definite not a helicopter or fixed wing aircraft. Looked like a firework but lasted too long, more than five minutes .
