springfield, OR bright orange sphere hovering in sky over pasture
was outside looking for cat with flashlight that was meowing for something. Looked south at a lighted orange sphere that hovered over treeline for about 20 seconds. Then I flashed my flashlight at it...after which it began flickering...then it slowly moved behind the treeline and then faded away. The area over which it was hovering is a cow pasture.
