Large qrange/red circle appeares and disappears in the Houston sky
We were at an outdoor concert in Houston, close to the medical center. There were EMS helicopters flying all night and we were in a flight path for Hobby Airport.
A large orange/red circle/orb appeared in the sky, must have been (guessing) 4-5 miles away. It was larger than any star or aircraft that were closer. It seemed to float for several minutes and then got smaller like it was moving away from us and did this very quickly.
All of a sudden it was back in a different spot and did the same thing. It appeared a third time but this time it moved up and down and then got smaller like it was moving away from us at a very rapid rate much faster than of the airplanes in the sky.
