At 10:30 PM we saw 4 bright orange orbs float slowly & silently over our house, spaced about 20 minutes apart, all in a straight line.
On September 1, 2013, at 10:30 PM, my husband and I were sitting out on our deck under a clear sky.
Suddenly, from behind the treetops, a large bright orange orb came into view and slowly floated above at about 500 ft. It silently floated along a straight line and continued passing overhead. We watched in awe until it was out of sight. About 20 minutes later, another approached and did the same, floating in a straight line, making no noise. Two more appeared in the same way, with the same spacing. They would appear and slowly float silently above. Definitely not an aircraft.
We notified the police as well as the local airport who stated that no reports were made; we checked shortly after it happened and the next morning and received the same answer: no one else reported such sightings. We took a picture and a video of the orange orbs. My husband noted that he saw some sort of a triangular shape inside the orbs.
