OK I'm 100% telling the truth I was outside in my backyard smoking a cigarette with my roommate she saw it first and she pointed it out to me it was circle shape it was like it was translucent it was moving very slowly to the west then started moving south I was watching and did not take my eyes off of it and all of a sudden it was gone it disappeared and I'm sure a military cargo plane saw it too they flew right passed it then the military aircraft kept circling back.
