Three orangish/red glowing objects hovering across the sky and finally disappearing straight up into space
August 16, 201,3 I was outside at approximately 8:45 pm in Loxahatchee (WPB), Florida when I noticed 2 orangish red circular objects in the southern sky. They were moving in formation in a northeast direction, but as they went behind a pine tree I lost visual contact for a moment, as i made it around the tree one of the objects completely vanished the other continued in the same direction.
By sheer luck, so as to have a witness to something phenomenal, my girlfriend returned from Subways. I turned to flag her down. When i turned to look for the first object it to was gone.
As I began to tell her about what i had seen, another object, same as the first two, came from the same southern sky heading in the same northeast direction. She, too, witnessed this object that traveled a great distance in a few seconds until it was almost directly above us.
The object moved across the sky as if it were hovering. Then it shot straight up into space and disappeared. Not across the sky, but straight up into space and like a floating amber from a bonfire it faded away.
The night was completely clear, no clouds. The object was triangular or cone shaped, glowing/ glimmering and soundless. It did not emit one bit of sound, this is a rural area very little light or noise pollution.
From the time i saw the first two until the third one vanished about 1.5 minutes elapsed.
