Witnessed a weird glowing cloud approximately 25 stories in the air. What drew my attention, was that two glowing white orbs of light flying slowly alongside each other, emerged from this cloud. Both were silent. What proceeded this was small tiny lights/sparkles zig zagging around on street level where I had been sitting on a park bench.
I don't recollect what happened to the second glowing orb, but the second I followed from the ground, darting around in the sky. I then took out my smart phone to take pictures.
This one light first hovered in front of a 24th story window. It then shot around to the side of the building and hovered above the building motionless as if it recognized that I was taking a picture of it. Also at this time the "glowing cloud" took on a sphere shape with the sun directly behind it. It stood out because the sky was clear save for this one "cloud." As it became spherical, it hovered very close to the roof of this 26 story building; with parts of this cloud obfuscated part of the railing alongside the roof. I can provide pictures.
