Saw very bright neon blue light moving at impossible speeds and doing impossible maneuvers near power plant while with one other witnes
As me and my friend were driving on the highway I-294 Southbound, I noticed an extremely bright and very low altitude almost neon blue sphere(light source).
As I noticed the light I slowed down and we then observed the light make very strange and impossible maneuvers where it stayed still for around 30seconds then shot off into many different directions in a very short period of time.
There is nothing to my knowledge that can move that fast and in that type of maneuvers.
This sphere/light source was flying at such a low altitude that we should have been able to identify what kind of craft this was but the light almost had no shape to it, just a very bright almost neon blue color and light source.
As well, as the light/sphere made no sound whatsoever when moving.
The incident occurred over a field near some power transformers.
After the incident I even went and checked to see if maybe this was just some type of new toy plane/flying thing for children or some kind of explanation, yet to my surprise when I tried to gain access to the field I was told by the power company that the field was off limits to the public.
This is not a hoax and I was of sound mind and not under any type of alcoholic or drug influence at the time of this sighting.
