Saw a object hovering in a spot over central Sacramento it hovered for a minute then zoomed off a mile or so then hovered again I was able to capture a picture of it on my cell phone quickly then went inside to get my Camera for a better view and by the time I was able to focus on it, it had literally disappeared.
