Red/orange fireballs in Houston sky
While sitting outside around our pool at about 9:30 pm, we witnessed 8-12 red/orange balls in the southern sky on the horizon. they were traveling in a north west direction at a fairly high rate of speed.
As each reached about the same spot in the sky, they disappeared into a cloud.
They were in a line, but not a perfect line and they were random distances between them.
