Circular motion orange in color and transparent
The object that I seen was orange and clear in color. It didn't make any noise or have any lights. It started off as a ball type object with what looked like a flag type tail at the end of the ball. As it moved it got smaller the shape changed to what looked like a boomerang. And then a cresant moon. I used my camera phone to take a very detailed photo of the object.
