very bright round object, witnesses descending and hovering in sky over the city.
While standing outside with my neighbors,I notice a bright light descending in the sky. The object stop and hovered on the horizon for approximately 35 minutes then disappeared. The object appeared to be round and very bright white light, could not see any structure while looking through binoculars. Object just disappeared. No sound or movement.
