My father and I were outside at around 9:45 and we were talking outside and I notice a strange bright blue flash of light and the it turned bright green maneuvering very fast and ah low altitudes it was approximately 50 feet in the air and appeared as a fireball.
We live 50 miles from Whitemans Air Force Base and their were planes, but the UFO went over by the trees and started going up and down about 50-70 feet and very fast.
This was over by Missouri Highway 150.
