N Dallas Tollway NOON July 17, 2013
Traveling North on the Dallas Tollway, at NOON on July 17th, I witnessed an object in the sky traveling SOUTH. It wasn't moving real fast, in fact it appeared to be floating.
It was black in color and appeared like a BOX or suqare shape. On the bottom of the vehicle, as it passed over, I noted multiple rings of color that were bright,
I did not get a picture but I noticed no one else seemed to be staring at it, although I was in moving traffic at about 70mph on the highway.
