Strange comet-like object seen over Franklin, Ohio
I was driving on I-75 South, taking the Franklin, Springboro exit ramp at 10:00 PM when I noticed a comet-like object "Falling" directly downward towards Earth. This object was moving roughly the speed of an airplane and was approximately 2 to 5 miles above Earth.
A few seconds later the object "split" into 4 fiery pieces which continued traveling downward towards Earth then a few seconds later disappeared.
A few seconds later I noticed 4 white hovering lights approximately 1/4 mile to 1 mile above Earth. These hovering objects were moving independently from each other. Occasionally one of the objects would blink out then light back up. I then turned toward Springboro and lost sight of the objects.
I had one passenger aboard my vehicle at the time whom also witnessed this.
I was working at the time. I am a transport driver. The duration of my sighting was less than 2 minutes.
