Facing South, saw a blueish white light of increasing intensity, that did not appear to have any relative motion with respect to the stars visible around it. Object began to fade out as it made a sharp radius turn from where it appeared, and began an initial heading to the North in the vicinity of the head of the constellation Hercules before the course correction and took a final heading of west-north-west before it faded out completely. At its peak intensity, it was the brightest thing in the sky- Tiny sliver of moon had already set below horizon.
From its initial appearance with no discernable velocity in relation to other stars that were visible and then begin motion as it did, final velocity before going black- maybe 200 knots, assuming jet that passed through later was travelling at about 450 knots.
No marker lights, no strobe visible when it went dark, so not likely a commercial or private aircraft. Too bright to have been a wing light, (as those are usually in pairs (one on each side of the aircraft), and which tend to have a slight yellowish cast as well- so not a wing light), as well as being too close to one airport (St. Cloud) to be any commercial or commuter aircraft that may have took off to be that high. Not to mention too many variables to appear as often as this one has at the same time as it has appeared. No sound.
Only other aircraft visible came through about 10 minutes later with strobe and red and green marker lights.
