3 adults standing outside talking. Partially cloudy night. Witness 1 saw orange Fireball moving toward NE sky in straight line and holding elevation of about 1,000 ft.
Pointed out to other two witnesses and both saw same object. Object moving much too slow to be meteorite and too fast to be "Chinese lantern."
Object disappeared in clouds.
