bright light in the sky
I was out night fishing Friday night around 12:30am I seen what appeared to be a shooting star it was traveling southeast headed northwest what lead me to believe it was not a shooting star is when it got to my 10 o'clock position it abruptly stopped! It stayed motionless for about 20 seconds then it shot almost straight up.
Soon after I noticed a light which I didn’t really pay attention to because where I was fishing its across the Mississippi river and you can see the casinos across the river in the distance. The casinos usually are brightly lit and on occasions will have the big spotlights going back and forth in the sky. The light I seen I thought at the time was one of those lights from the casinos until the light came over the tree tops and slowly just faded away. Im not sure what I seen but I knew nobody would believe me.
