4 Red lights viewed from Binns Blvd and Briggs Rd to the south east in Columbus, OH
On 07/06/2013 at 9:40 PM My self and 3 other people were standing outside at 1021 Binns Blvd and we all witnessed 4 red lights formed in an arc or half circle in the direction of the south east looking over Binns Elementary which upon a closer look appeared to be near or over the power lines and / or cell towers to the south east.
The lights were stationary for a while then the bottom one moved in a downward direction and then the other 3 followed in the same direction.
All 4 of us saw the same thing.
