Ball/circle lights in stationary position in Western sky.
Looking out to the West, noticed bright light and at the time no stars were visable. Was stationary while being observed -- used the house behind ours as the reference for any movement.
Observed using 7x50 binocs and a spotting scope. Have noticed same light pattern before and observed no movement in same area, but had before green, white, red blinking light pattern. Held position for over 20 minutes.
Current pattern appears to be 4or 5 ball shaped lights in a circle formation with equal spacing between each ball.
