2 lights appear, dropped blinking red lit object from the center of them, then disappeared again leaving behind the red object.
2 lights appear from the clouds quickly, seemed to be the same craft. Small object featuring blinking red light was released from the center of the two craft lights.
Red object proceeded to drop down a considerable distance before gliding over the horizon calmly.
While the red object descended the craft lights disappeared into the clouds, or turned off, I was focused on the red object.
