North western sky. 6 blasts of yellow/orange lights. Each blast lasting about a second or two before disappearing. Then a second or two later same flash just north of it and then another for a total of 6 flashes. In the general area circling the light patterns a strobe light similar to a helicopter or airplane hovers around the are the lights are seen. 3 witnesses saw this and spoke about it over the phone.
