Me and a buddy was driven on belair rd coming towards rossville. We take the towson exit and when we do i see green lights stayin still about 60~70 of them. So i tell my friiend to takr his glasses off and look.
When he does he straight said oh my god ((name deleted)), what is that? Itold him we gonna hit n u~turn and take puctures of it. Wen we hit the U~turn n came back to take the picture they was gone nothin else to see
